References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Lice Treatment Portland. References to "you" or "your" refer to you, the website visitor or customer.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

When you book an appointment:

• Prices posted on our website are current at the time of posting and may change without notice. The price charged at your appointment is the price in effect at the time of service.
• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit, credit card, HSA, and FSA. We can provide receipts for insurance reimbursement but do not bill insurance directly.
• Our services are appropriate for ages 4 and older. We may decline treatment if we determine it is not safe or appropriate for a particular individual.
• Please arrive with clean, dry, and detangled hair. Additional charges may apply for unprepared hair, extreme infestations, or when behavioral accommodations significantly extend appointment time.

We request at least 4 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. In-home mobile appointments may have a higher cancellation fee due to scheduled travel time.
